Choose Glass for Each Room
Every WinMax window package includes Low-E glass and argon gas. The coating and pane configuration are selected for the room, rather than treating every side of your home the same.
Double pane: compare a lower initial investment with the proposed window’s performance and your comfort priorities.
Triple pane: compare the additional insulating glass layer when reducing heat loss is a priority. Check the complete-window rating, not pane count alone.
Compare like for like. U-factor describes heat transfer; a lower value means less heat passes through the window. Solar heat gain describes how much solar energy enters. We help you consider both alongside sunlight, room use and the installation.

A well-chosen window needs an installation suited to the opening. During measurement, we review the existing frame, surrounding finishes and signs of deterioration before recommending the work.
The proposed work covers fit, insulation, sealing and finishing. Compare those details as well as the window: two similar-looking quotes can involve very different work around the opening.

Winmax Windows & Doors is a CEIP Qualified Contractor. We can help homeowners identify energy-efficient window upgrades that may be eligible for Clean Energy Improvement Program financing and assist with the contractor portion of an eligible project.
The Clean Energy Improvement Program makes it easier for property owners to improve their home’s energy performance with eligible energy-efficiency upgrades, with financing repaid through a separate charge on the property tax bill.
Program availability, upgrade eligibility, financing approval, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined through CEIP and the participating municipality. CEIP is a financing option, not a rebate or free government program.
